VP, head of CMC, Supply Chain and QA Chong-Hui Gu, Ph. D, is responsible for CMC, supply chain and QA at Foghorn Therapeutics. He has over 20 years of drug discovery and development experiences in multiple disease areas. Prior to joining Foghorn, Chong-Hui is VP CMC and DHODH program leader at Agios Pharmaceuticals, where he led the CMC development of Idhifa®, Tibsovo®, mitapivat and vorasidenib from the early discovery stage to commercial launch. Prior to that, he held positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he contributed to the formulation and CMC development of Incivek®, Kalydeco®, Orkambi® and Eliquis®. Chong-Hui received a Ph. D in pharmaceutics from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and a BS in pharmacy from Fudan University in China.
